The personal information you provided (including your demographic & contact information) will be used by Innovator Farm (IF Programme) for communication, application, opinion collection and event invitation etc.
閣下所提供的個人資料（包括個人及聯絡資料），「創新園」會用作日後聯絡、處理報名、收集意見及活動邀請等用途。
All IF Programme participants agree to transfer the copyright of their photos and videos to IF Programme for marketing and publicity purposes without further consultation.
所有創新園的參加者已同意將所有照片及錄像的肖像權，在不需另行通知的情況下，授權予創新園作推廣及宣傳用途。
Your social innovative idea shall be disclosed to IF Programme staff and any other parties involved in the operation of the IF Programme. While the information shall be kept strictly in confidence, no confidential agreement will be entered into with the applicants.
你的社創點子應予披露給「創新園」職員及與計劃執行相關人員。即使沒有與申請者簽定保密協議，所有資料將會嚴以保密原則處理。
Applicants should ensure the originality of their ideas. Any form of plagiarism in the proposal will result in disqualification.
申請者需確保點子的原創性，任何剽竊行為可導致取消資格。
IF Programme reserves the right to disqualify any application that, in its sole judgment, violates the rules of the application or the spirit of IF Programme.
若發現申請者違反申請條款及細則或創新園項目的精神，創新園將保留取消申請者資格的權利。
