報名參加創新園，即有機會獲取資助¹，更有導師指導以及各方面的支援網絡，助你走向下一階段，發展可持續及具影響力的社創項目！

申請資格
- 主要項目管理人必須為年滿18歲的香港居民
- 在香港註冊的有限公司或機構²
- 可以個人或小組形式申請，項目成員人數為1-6人

- 項目必須達致扶貧、防貧或促進社會共融
- 沒有與其他現有的公帑資助計劃重疊

優先導師指導及配對基金支援

如隊伍希望創新園協助就配對基金提供協助，並預早獲導師指導，須在5月24日或之前報名，才可選擇演說預演、導師速配指導及演說日。

備註
¹初創項目可獲港幣30萬至200萬以上資助，但必須另獲相應比例的配對基金；成熟原型項目可獲港幣30萬或以下資助，無須配對基金

²申請港幣30萬或以下成熟原型項目者可先以個人名義報名，惟成功獲得資助後亦須以有限公司或機構名義簽署合約

³必須出席演說預演及導師速配指導，並通過創新園初步書面審核才可獲機會於演說日向投資者或潛在配對基金提供者介紹其項目

⁴如項目通過創新園初步書面審核，必須出席並通過聯合審核（JVC）以成功獲取資助

⁵如申請資助金額為港幣2,000,000或以上，須在通過聯合審核後（JVC）再經社創基金項目申請評審委員會（PAC）審核並通過以成功獲取資助

Innovator Farm is now receiving a new round of funding applications!

You are not alone on the journey of Social Entrepreneurship. Register here and you will have an opportunity to receive funding¹, as well as mentorship and various forms of support networks to help you move on to the next stage and develop sustainable and impactful social innovation projects!

Eligibility of Application

  • The Key Management must be a Hong Kong resident aged 18 or above

  • Limited companies or organizations registered in Hong Kong²

  • Applications can be submitted by individuals or groups with project team sizes ranging from 1-6 members

  • The project must achieve poverty alleviation, poverty prevention, or promote social inclusion

  • There should be no overlap with existing public funding programmes

Early Coaching and Matching Fund Support If you wish to receive support from Innovator Farm in securing matching fund, you must apply on or before 24 May 2023 to be eligible for the Dress Pitching Rehearsal, Coaching Speed-dating and Pitching Day.

  • Deadline for Early Coaching and Matching Fund Support application: 24 May 2023 (Wednesday) 5:00 p.m.

  • Funding Application Deadline: 3 July 2023 (Monday) 5:00 p.m.

  • [24/5 deadline] Pitching Day³: 26 July 2023 (Wednesday) 

  • Joint Vetting Committee (JVC)⁴: 11 August 2023 (Friday) 

  • Proposal Assessment Committee (PAC)⁵: TBD

 

Note ¹Start-up projects may receive funding ranging from HKD 300,000 to over HKD 2 million, but must obtain corresponding ratio of matching funds. Late Prototype projects can receive funding up to HKD 300,000 with no matching fund required. ²Applications of Late Prototype projects seeking HKD 300,000 or less can apply as an individual, but must sign the contract under the name of a limited company or organization after successfully receiving funding. ³The team must attend the Dress Pitching Rehearsal & Coaching Speed-dating, and pass the paper Pre-screening of Innovator Farm to have the opportunity to introduce their project to investors or potential matching funders on Pitching Day. ⁴If the project passes the paper Pre-screening of Innovator Farm, they must attend and be recommended by the Joint Vetting Committee (JVC) to successfully obtain funding. ⁵If the requested funding amount is HKD 2,000,000 or above, the project must attend and be recommended by the Proposal Assessment Committee (PAC), after being recommended by the Joint Vetting Committee (JVC), to successfully obtain funding.

If projects applied by individuals are recommended to be funded, the Grant Agreement has to be signed by a limited company / organisation. 以個人名義申請的項目若成功獲得資助，有關合約必須以有限公司或機構名義簽署。

All IF Programme participants agree to transfer the copyright of their photos and videos to IF Programme for marketing and publicity purposes without further consultation.

Your social innovative idea shall be disclosed to IF Programme staff and any other parties involved in the operation of the IF Programme. While the information shall be kept strictly in confidence, no confidential agreement will be entered into with the applicants.
你的社創點子應予披露給「創新園」職員及與計劃執行相關人員。即使沒有與申請者簽定保密協議，所有資料將會嚴以保密原則處理。

Applicants should ensure the originality of their ideas. Any form of plagiarism in the proposal will result in disqualification.
申請者需確保點子的原創性，任何剽竊行為可導致取消資格。

IF Programme reserves the right to disqualify any application that, in its sole judgment, violates the rules of the application or the spirit of IF Programme.
若發現申請者違反申請條款及細則或創新園項目的精神，創新園將保留取消申請者資格的權利。
